A new cedar screened-in sun porch is under construction

J Severino Construction is beginning an exciting new project; a custom cedar, screened-in sun porch with an attached deck. Utilizing only the top-of-the line materials and methods, Jim Severino is constructing this project with black weed killer barrier and 2” of stone on top overall.

The foundation is done with 12” Sono tubes and 6”x 6” concrete anchors. Then triple board beams with 6”x6” posts enabling a greater span. The leader board will be placed on flashing which will be inserted behind the siding to ensure a good seal along with a vapor barrier.

With the cedar construction of the porch, Trex utilized for the decking and vinyl railings this is a virtually maintenance free addition to the home. J Severino Construction- for top quality workmanship and construction techniques.

This promotion is for Bergen County residents only. Applicant must be 21 years of age or older and be the owner of the property submitted for work. One Email address/application per home address.

To be eligible for this promotion, the property must be a one family home. No apartments or multi-families. No commercial property will qualify for this promotion.

Upon agreement of scope of work, J.S.C. will supply one qualified carpenter for one day (8 continuous hours at one location.) Labor only means we will supply one carpenter. No material or removal of any debris is included. One winner, one address.

We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. In order to help provide our services, we occasionally provide information to other companies that work on our behalf.
