Rutherford | Rear addition with new family room

J. Severino Construction is working on a house located on Myrtle Avenue.  This job includes a rear addition which consists of a new family room.  There is interior work being done which includes a new kitchen and renovations to the existing dining room changing it to a formal dining room. 

The job started on September 22nd, as of today all roofing, siding, HVAC work, rough electric and rough plumbing has been completed.  Sheet rock has been completed in less than a month as well and the job is all set to be trimmed.
